FAQ

When will I receive my payment?
If you are eligible to receive a referral bonus, the Hive will issue the payment after the referral spends their first full month in the space.
How do I get paid?
Compensation will only be awarded on the Agreed Membership Rate. For the avoidance of doubt, this rate is inclusive of all applied discounts and promotions and is not the publicly stated rate on any website, promotional material, or similar.

Compensation can be awarded and paid by bank transfer or credit to an existing Hive member’s account. Successful referrers may specify their chosen compensation method at the time of confirmation.
Can I refer someone if I am not a member of the Hive?
The Referrer must be a registered active or inactive Member of the Hive.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
No. There are no limits on referrals — and the more you refer, the more you can earn!

Eligibility Criteria

The Referrer must be a registered Candidate of the Company.
The Referee is not an existing registered Candidate of the Company.
The Referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral compensation under this Scheme in the event that the Referee is already a Candidate registered in the database of the Company at the date of referral.
The Referee must be notified and have consented to their details, personal data, and information being passed to the Company for this Scheme before the date of the referral by the Referrer.
Referees can only be referred to the Company once. In the event that a Referee is referred to the Company more than once, only the first person to refer the Referee to the Company (with the Referee’s permission) will be eligible for referral compensation under this Scheme.
Permanent employees and contract and temporary workers working directly for the Company and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
The Referrer will only be eligible to receive the referral compensation if the Referee joins the Company with a membership that is signed for 3 months or longer.
