Work Where You
Actually want to be

Boutique workspaces designed for creative minds, ambitious founders, and modern teams — in the neighbourhoods you love, across Asia Pacific.

This is not an office. It's Your Hive

Most workspaces ask you to show up and get on with it.
The Hive was built differently.

We believe where you work shapes how you work — and who you become. So we put a rooftop terrace where the fluorescent lighting would have been. We built a café corner where the cubicles were meant to go.

We designed spaces that feel like a boutique hotel crossed with a creative studio, then planted them right in the neighbourhoods that inspire you. The Hive is the workspace for people who refuse to settle for ordinary.

“Endeavor recently moved to Common Ground and I think it’s the best decision we’ve made. Common Ground goes beyond just being a coworking space – they’ve created a welcoming environment that nurtures the sharing of ideas amongst other like-minded individuals.”
Adlin Yusman

“At Common Ground, GoGet can remain asset-light, have a flexible lease, and have admin-related tasks for the office completely sorted. Plus, we get value from free gym subscriptions, professional events, and partnership benefits, so the value we get is more than just an office space.”
