The New Normal Charity offer free peer support to connect adults through their mental health and grief and aim to help one another through life’s difficult moments. They feel that one of the best forms of therapy is simply speaking. Peer-to-peer support is a format that The New Normal Charity has proudly adopted from its inception. They have been helping people through life’s difficult moments for over three years now- facilitating conversations between individuals who find themselves in very similar positions, and aim to ensure that no one feels alone or isolated, no matter what they are going through. Their spaces are open to all, and non-judgemental.
