Job Overview
The mechanical engineer works in a multidisciplinary tech team that drives the automation and designs the mechanical aspects of our insect farming production processes. Job Responsibilities
- Work with and provide leadership to project team members to solve difficult mechanical engineering and equipment related problems, resolve project related issues, and develop basic understanding of process and equipment design requirements.
- Develop proof of concept and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
- Define and document machine design specifications, develop mechanical design concepts, design and follow construction of equipment, and make appropriate engineering recommendations.
- Leverage use of external machine builders and suppliers to specify and successfully deliver a project on-time, on-budget, and satisfy the process performance measures.
- Coordinate and lead multi-discipline project activities, estimate time required to accomplish tasks, monitor performance against project schedules, and track expenditures against allocated funds.

A Location Manager is the driving force behind exceptional customer service and smooth-running operations within their space. As a leader, you will be in charge of conducting tours to ensure a consistently high occupancy rate and that all financial, administrative and operational duties run without a hitch.
Goals and Objectives
- Build and expand on your community of members at your location, by maintaining high-quality service and a high occupancy rate
- Oversee all daily operations of your location (frontdesk services, event planning, social media marketing of the space, etc)

- Identify promising deals with potential members and ensure that your team provides informative, high-quality tours to drive membership sales
- Notify, manage and work alongside internal teams to ensure a high retention rate of current members
- Develop strategies to drive sales, increase revenue and interest for your location
- Ensure that all enquiries are followed up on, and that negotiations and closure is taking place
Finance and Administration
- Obtain and analyse P&L reports, and conduct variance analysis when required
- Prepare monthly Manager’s Report and share with relevant stakeholders internally
- Prepare monthly invoices and work collaboratively with the Finance Team
Building Operations and Management
- Work closely with Community Associates, manage move-ins and move-outs; ensuring that all new members are fully prepared and transitions run smoothly
- Manage all operations and maintenance of the space to ensure a consistently high quality experience for members
- Ensure all building receipts and documents are up-to-date and documented, providing internal teams with weekly and monthly reports
- Make suggestions to the Projects team regarding maintenance and improvements of the space
- Identify, followup and resolve any issues, such as cleaning, IT-related issues, electrical equipment and so forth
Team Management and Development
- Manage, inspire, support and guide your team to achieve goals
- Identify knowledge gaps, and train and/or arrange training with People Team when necessary
- Provide learning and development opportunities, and make recommendations to promote the best-performing Community Associates and Leads
- Hold one-on-one meetings with the People Team to track your team members’ individual performance on a monthly or quarterly basis

The Sales Development Lead reports directly to the Country Manager and works with all Location Managers in their country of operation to execute and achieve sales goals and targets.
As a Sales Development Lead, you should be able to think fast on your feet and hold the ability to build relationships quickly, effectively and close deals in a timely manner.

- Build the Buddy Bites brand in the Hong Kong dog community

- Build partnerships for collaboration, both online and offline
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Buddy Bites Social media platform
- Create partnerships within the HK publications network, and manage existing relationships
- Establish new partnerships with HK dog shelters
- Establish new collaborations with suitable brands and manage existing collaborations
- Customer Service – handle daily enquiries as well as assist in logistics monitoring
- Increase network within the HK dog community to drive organic reach and referrals.
You should:
- Possess an ambitious, friendly, problem solving mentality
- Be able to work independently
- Have an entrepreneurial outlook, and an understanding of business
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be exceptionally organised and well-versed in multitasking
- Have the ability to handle pressure, solve problems and think quickly when required
- Absolutely must love dogs.
Experience and Requirements:
- University Degree holder preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, sales or marketing.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
